Safe to say even those living under a rock are well aware of the COVID-19 Coronavirus.

Sugar spikes will keep your cortisol hormone level high. Cortisol has many jobs, but you definitely don’t want it working round the clock.
One of its jobs? Shutting down your immune response!
Translation: Catching a virus goes from being a minor annoyance to something more serious your body cannot fight off.
Look at it like going into battle… Your immune system is your army against things like the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
What you’re stockpiling is how you are arming your defenses.
Do you want it armed to the teeth, or do you want it going into battle wearing handcuffs?
